Shared Google Drive folder
We share a folder with you. You drop your scans or photos in it, and we take it from there.
Photos in one ZIP file
Take a photo of each invoice, put them in one ZIP file and send it to us with a file-sharing service such as Sendspace or WeTransfer.
Paper invoices
Bring the paper invoices to our address in Gozo. We scan every page, finish the work and give the originals back to you.

What shop owners ask first.
Do I need a computer or an app?
No. You can drop scans into your shared Google Drive folder, send us photos in one ZIP file, or bring the paper invoices to our address in Gozo and we scan them.
Can other people see my invoices?
No. Your invoices are kept in your own shared folder, which only you and our team can open. Only the people who check your invoices see them.
Do you file my VAT return?
No. Your accountant stays your accountant. We give them clean, checked data, which saves them time and often lowers their fees.
What if the AI reads something wrong?
It gets caught. Our engine checks every number, and anything that does not add up is reviewed by a human before you receive it. See how.
Can it read handwritten invoices?
Yes. Handwritten delivery forms are common in Gozo, and our system is built for them, including separate euro and cent columns and crossed-out corrections.
What if my accountant does not like the spreadsheet?
Tell us and we change it. If your accountant is still not happy, you don't pay for that month.
Can you change the spreadsheet for my accountant?
Yes. We set up the columns, layout and grouping during setup to match what your accountant works with.
